powerful ship that maneavuers well. a direct competitor to the centurion as it does some things btr, some things worse(what they are is up to you find out)

Bases for Capital ships
They can dock in:
Manhatten and Pittsburgh (servicing the central systems)
Planet Cambridge (servicing Bretonia and the Omegas)
Planet Harris (Tau 31) servicing the Taus and north Bretonia systems
Planet Kurile (sig 17) for the sigmas and the omnicrons
Planet Honshu for the Kusari systems (and omnicrons/sigmas)
Planets Baden Baden and Stuttgart in the Stuttgart system, for Rheinland

so all space is reachable relatively quickly but no 'capital' system has a base for respawning capships.

Spare Parts for Capital ships
If you lose a turret and dock somewhere with the turret missing, fear not as you can buy a replacement turret in the Equipment dealer, It will cost you though! and you will only be able to buy the correct turret for your missing slot and ship.

Where to buy
The Kusari Gunboat, Bretonnia Gunboat and Armored Transport can be bought by docking with the mooring post at Planet Manhatten

The Kusari Destroyer and the Blood Dragon can be bought by docking with the mooring post at Planet Pittsburgh

will there be a rhineland gunship? and if so, can it be turned down, as history indicates rheinland stuff is WAY overpowered.

What's your feeling about the lag the capital ships will add to the server, we had them before on the 5thW server and it seemed they added extra lag then.

I dont think there will be major lag cos of the clever way I have designed them Mr. Green I am simply using whats there, no new archetypes so it should be gravy. In my opinion you would have just as much lag from npc cap ship encounters

how many times u attacked a BS or flied it?

there is no clue about a BS cousing more lag to the server i have been at least 6 high BS parties and flied it about 1 month and i have no clue about BS's laggin the server. if there were all primary systems expect newyork had NPC battleships they were not too different then clan battleships expect hull and weapons. Once we had 2 BS's in same system 2 player controlled BS's and 1 NPC controlled capital spawns and about 20 people fighting eachother and extra NPC's fighting eachother like mad...
No LAG experianced...

God Bless old days taht was really fun
if i can find the same stuff here again with same nice firends i will return playing FL with closed eyes and
GB how a bad luck that we lost you at this days
many good players left like Brock, DEUS, Gambit, DS you all lost the major fun ever happened on that server i wish all of you were there...

Battleships Was fun! They were the aim of any kind of clan they were the ones who represents you with real fun fights which you need to look after tings when u loose take them back people

yea mems, i feel the same way in some regards, the cap ships are really something to aim for,and if they are used responsibly<not picking on new players, killing close to dock killing with them ,ruining other peoples fun>
they really are ace.
also it seems from the fights we have all had with them that there are ways to kill it with one ship<the anubus> if you find out how.
so they seem pretty well balanced, i real testimount to the balance of the mod<maybe creater too>
anyway, i hope we can all have fun with them soon and id look forward to seeing ya again mems

Acually I was around for a while when the 5thW had the capital ships. I remember Brock had one and so did VP.

I was the lone pilot in Omega 5 who was helping VP in his battleship. I was attacking brocks clan members in heavy fighters to protect him from then, while Brock was attacking VP in his battleship. I was banned at the time and was using a bogus name. I flew with VP all the way to Britonia space as his wingman for protection against fighter ships, until the 5thW clan met up with him there as escorts and took over.

I'm sure VP remembers that one well!

A question on the stats -

Nanos is short for nanobots and bots is short for nanobots so in your stats 'nanos/bots 0/30' etc -
which are the shield batteries?
