Install FLMM, then download the Moo mod itself amd run it with FLMM.

The mod does the following:
~Adds capital ships, Armoured Transport and the Blood Dragon- more info here: http://www.moo-fl.com/Freelancer/viewtopic.php?t=1968

~Adds the CSV: a beautiful freighter, at 500 cargo, 2 lvl 7 guns/missiles, countermeasure layer and a turret which is nearly forward-firing(there's about 20 degrees of a 'dead area in front of the ship) costs only 2 million credits.
12k hull, lvl 7 shield.
Sold at the Kabuchiko Depot in New Tokyo

~Adds the Anubis: A ship designed specifically to kill capital ships, can use up to 3 torpedoes(comes pre-equipped with 2 nomad torpedoes: 15k damage, infinite ammo, not homing, not subject to wasping, about 0.33 refire rate).
It also has a forward-firing turret and 4 lvl 7 gun/missile mounts, mine, countermeasure.
12k hull, lvl 9 shield.
Sold at the Kabuchiko Depot in New Tokyo

~Improves the maneurability of the Sabre and the Centurion

~Sets cruise speed at 400, even though the clock only goes up to 300

~Makes all guns and turrets lvl 1, effectievely mountable on every ship/mount
Exceptions are the Nomad blasters/canoons, that are still lvl 10, and the nomad prototypes, that are lvl 7

The following is related to serverside modifications:
~Nomads have been considerably upgraded.
In the Alpha Unknown, they fly in fleets of 1 battleship, 5 gunboats and some fighters for escort.
In the Gamma Unknown, sometimes you'll stumble upon a fleet like they fly in Alpha, sometimes 6 gunboats with a fighter escort and sometimes a lone battleship with fighter escort.
All the gunboat/battleship turrets have an upgraded refire rate of about 5-6 shots per second.
Noamd hunting is not advisable without a capship to take out the heavy craft and a few fighters to protect the capship from the fighters.
A gunboat can make it on its own due to the cheap repair cost, but it too silly....

~The best shields around are lvl 9 Champion Graviton shields.
The only way to get them is to loot them from the Order in Eidinburgh, near the Perth station.
Order ships come in groups of about 5 anubises armed with nomad prototypes(which they also drop), rapiers and screamer mies, and an Osiris battleship. Only the anubises drop shields, but the battleship is worth killing too, for it drops ripper mines and alien organisms- alien organisms sell at 1700$ per unit at Perth.

~In Dublin, around the racing gates, Zoner eagles fly armed with nomad guns, tizonas and ripper mines. They carry the Adv. Barrier lvl 10 shields.
Dropping all of the above they make a profitable looting source, alternative source of nomad weaponry and a fun challenge.

~Instant bounty transfers:
Killing a player ship in pvp will transfer an amount of credits from the loser to the winner. The amount varies according to player levels, usually from 1,000$ to 10,000$, yet killing a gunboat will always bring a transfer of 300,000$ andd killing a destroyer transfers 500,000$.
If the losing player doesnt have enough money left for the transfer, he is considered bankrupted and respawns in New York at planet Pittsburgh.

~Console commands available:
/list entered in either system chat or console will bring up a list of players ships and factions
/frags entered in either system chat or console will list the players kills and deaths
/account entered anywhere will tell you your id number that is to be used with the Moo shop

Why dont put more ships in the game , install a biger mod , we need more trade and figther ships too get more fun and variety in the game.
